Is Shipping Free?

At Portsche's, we're happy to offer free shipping on almost every item. This usually takes 1 to 2 days for processing and another 3 to 4 to arrive. If you'd prefer, we also offer overnight shipping, which varies on price depending on the cost and weight of your purchase.

Is My Package Going to Be Safe?

Absolutely. All of our shipped items come with insurance from loss, damage, or theft included, as well as signature confirmation. Additionally, its best practice to avoid mentioning 'jewelry' on the package, so even postal workers won't know what's inside.

Does Portsche's Accept Returns?

For in-store orders, we offer store credit or exchanges in lieu of a return for payment.

For online orders, we have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you received your order between December 22 and January 1st, this policy increases to 28 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging with all informational or warranty cards included.

If your return is accepted and we are responsible for your reason for returning, we’ll send you a return shipping label. We will then send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Can I return something because I don't like it or it doesn't fit?

If an item does not meet your expectations we are happy to accept a return, provided the item is free from damage and in the same condition as it was when sent. We also charge a $25 restocking fee for returns that are not due to defects. Additionally, you the customer are responsible for paying for shipping to return it to us, and are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Can I return a custom item or something I had engraved?

Unfortunately, certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, engravings, or resizings), or hazardous materials like flammable liquids or gases, if for some reason those ended up in a box. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Does Portsche's Accept Exchanges?

We are happy to accommodate you in the process of exchanging your item if you notify us of your desire to do so when you make a request for a return. We cannot make exchanges for non-returnable items, and we don't exchange gift certificates for cash. We'll also have to check to make sure that the item we received is the same one we sent; this is the jewelry business after all.

How Do Refunds Work?

For online orders, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@portschesfinejewelry.com.
