Portsche's Fine Jewelry is a locally and family-owned business built on craftsmanship, community, and genuine human connection. We're looking for a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join us, not just for now, but for the long haul. The Role

New team members start in an administrative capacity, learning the ins and outs of our operations before stepping into a full sales position. This foundation period ensures you're set up for success and fully confident when it's time to connect with customers and represent our store. From there, the role grows into a dynamic, people-centered sales position where every interaction matters.

No prior jewelry experience is required. We'll teach you everything you need to know. What we're really looking for is someone with a genuine interest in design and a natural ability to make people feel welcome and cared for. A background in some kind of sales already is always a plus.

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

Experience in administration, photography, or social media is a definite plus. If you have any of these in your back pocket, we'd love to put them to work.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position, five days per week on a rotating schedule within our Monday – Saturday operating hours. Saturday availability is mandatory. Your specific days off will rotate, giving you variety and balance throughout the month, with at least one guaranteed 3 day weekend per month.

  • Expected Salary

    $40,000 - $50,000 a year, salaried with commission, and yearly bonuses for reaching goals.

  • Benefits

    Health insurance and employee discounts are available after a 90 day trial period.

  • Schedule

    Availability Monday - Saturday is expected, with rotating days off. Three and four day weekends are scheduled regularly. Employees are expected to be available Christmas Eve.
