Showroom Assistant
Portsche's Fine Jewelry seeks a Showroom Assistant to become an integral part of our creative team. We're looking for a highly detail-oriented person responsible for assisting our designers with all the details of running the showroom. The ideal candidate is a person who enjoys multi-tasking and fresh espresso, who can become an expert at keeping our team & showroom sharp and organized. The ideal candidate would enjoy working with the public and being a part of a team of creative people.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and identify their needs
- Answer phone calls, texts, and emails
- Handle quality control repairs, special orders, and custom pieces of jewelry
- Set up and put away showroom displays
- Assist designers in all things administrative
- Filing, organizing, and monitoring inventory and paperwork
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related field
- Friendly with an ability to build a rapport with customers
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail & clerical data
- Comfortable handling items and transactions of high-value
- Ability to learn new computer software in a timely manner
Schedule:
- 5 days per week (one week-day off) 9am to 6pm
- One 3 day weekend off per month
- Saturdays required
- No evenings
- Closed Sundays
